This is a fortified wine made by the solera process.. Each year we search the region for small parcels of grapes that we think will be suitable, in the past choosing Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Franc depending on the season. NOTE for shipping remove two normal bottles per dozen to fit in one bottle of port.
