The Block 9 Shiraz Viognier is made only in years where we deem that the fruit is perfect. We select a small amount of Viognier from the vine to ferment with the Shiraz. The result is a wonderful synergy whereby we believe that the total is greater than the individual sum. This wine is rich and varietal with spice and savoury flavours and approachable tannin structure.
