As the vines age the Cabernet Sauvignon from Cowra is improving and looking like one of the best reds from the region. Rosnay Cabernet is grown with minimal inputs, and no artificial chemicals or fertilisers, and has juicy aidity and fine tannins, no protein fining agents and very low sulfur.
