Est.: 1994 The Fagan family share a rich history in the Cowra region and “Mulyan”, the beautiful property on which the vineyard and Cellar Door are located, has been in the family since 1886.
The Fagan’s grow Chardonnay, Shiraz, Viognier and Merlot at Mulyan, and winemaker Drew Tuckwell is creating interesting blends of Shiraz/Viognier and Chardonnay/Viognier from the 2005 vintage.
Mulyan export their Bushranger’s Bounty (named after an infamous run-in between John Fagan and Ben Hall in 1862) wines to Japan and their Mulyan label to the UK.
Daughter Sarah is now an up-and-coming young winemaker working in the Yarra Valley.
